I just make things happen.

I take the processes that are stuck in your business and make them work, starting from the first meeting. The result: hours back to the team, a budget that stops leaking, and a business that runs even when you're not looking.

You're in good company.

01The process

Data you can read from afar.
A business you understand up close.

Four steps, no magic: understand what's holding you back, set goals, build a plan, execute.Four steps, no magic. Understand what's stuck, set a goal, build a plan, execute.

I'm at my best in a meeting.

Sounds odd to say about yourself, but it's a skill: put me in a room with people, and solutions and tasks are born while we talk. And in a meeting everything comes up: marketing, staff, service, operations, and the numbers behind all of them. I'm from the world before Zoom. I like people, I like coming to you in person and seeing the business with my own eyes. In Israel I come to you. Abroad we work over video, the way I already run my accounts in the US and Europe.

  1. Analyze the situation

We sit together and understand what's getting in the way, what's blocking growth, and the things you know you must do but never get to. Up close, at your place, not through a screen. What's getting in the way, what's blocking growth. Up close, at your place, not through a screen.

  2. Draw the future

Some businesses have a small flat tire slowing them down, others need all four wheels replaced. We map where you are on that scale, define the improvements and set KPIs.Some have a small flat tire, others need all four wheels replaced. We define improvements and set KPIs.

  3. Build a work plan

Everything gathered, the reports and the resources, becomes a clear plan: short and long-term tasks, all of them measurable, so at any moment you know whether we're on the right track. An orderly plan: short and long-term tasks, all of them measurable.

  4. Things move. Get used to it.

I don't waste time. Once there's a plan, I implement systems, put at least 30% of the work on automation, and bring in a network of professionals who have been with me for years. Leave the rest to me.I don't waste time. At least 30% of the work goes on automation. Leave the rest to me.

02The advantages

Built so you feel the difference, fast.

Execution, not consulting

You leave the first meeting with a plan, and within days the first automation is already running in your business.Within days the first automation is already running in your business.

I don't hand over a recommendations document and disappear. What we agreed in the room gets built, goes live, and you see it working before we talk about the next step.

Something already works in the first meeting

One point of contact, full responsibility

I lead every project, and with me are first-rate professionals in every field who have worked with me for years. One point of contact from the specification until long after go-live.I lead, and with me are professionals who have worked with me for years. From the specification until long after go-live.

No handoffs between vendors and no expectations lost along the way. The person talking to you is the person doing the work.

Works with what you have

We don't throw away the tools you already pay for. We connect, upgrade, and build only what's missing. We connect, upgrade, and build only what's missing.

As long as there's an API, I can connect anything to what already works for you, and that is almost always cheaper and faster than starting from scratch.

Connecting to existing systems, not replacing them

Everything is measured

Every automation is logged: how much time it saved, how much money it brought in. You see the return in numbers, not in a slide deck. How much time it saved, how much money it brought in. In numbers, not in a slide deck.

Measurement is built together with the system, not after it, so the question "did this pay for itself" can be answered without guessing.

I build with my hands,
not just advise.

From building complex inventory systems, through brand websites, to iOS and Android apps that sit in the stores. I built all of them myself end to end, so when I walk into your business I know what really takes time and what only sounds complicated. And as long as there's an API, I can connect anything to what already works for you.

05About me

Hi, I'm Lior Zabari

"Growing matters, but it has to be done in order. Getting efficient is a must, but it has to be done smart."

Married to Yaeli, father of Omer, Aviv and Noa.
At home they call me Dad. In business they call me when something is stuck.

The execution arm of businesses and organizations: business automation, AI agents and systems that work. After 15 years managing campaigns and huge budgets, today I do the thing I'm best at: going inside and moving things. The execution arm of businesses and organizations. Going inside and moving things.

I'm a technologist with a serious soft spot for Apple, so I'm not only the one who plans but also the one who builds. I manage over 2 million dollars of media budget a month across client accounts, I've developed apps that live in the Apple and Google stores myself, and I've set up service systems that answered 700,000 calls without a human on the line.

In practice it means you can talk to me about a campaign, a system and a process in the same conversation, without translating between three vendors. I show up at the business in person, stay throughout the process, and bring in professionals who have worked with me for years when a specialty I don't have is needed.

06Before we start

What everyone asks me in the first call

The honest answers, including where the answer costs me money.

Who is Lior Zabari, and what exactly does he do?

I'm a technologist and a marketer, not an agency. 15 years in the field, during which I managed large media budgets, built systems and apps, and implemented automation and AI agents inside businesses. I'm a Google Partner and Apple Search Ads certified, and a registered developer with both Apple and Google. What makes working with me different is that I go inside and execute, rather than hand over a recommendations document.

In practice it means you can talk to me about a campaign, a system and a process in the same conversation, without translating between three vendors. I show up at the business in person, stay throughout the process, and bring in professionals who have worked with me for years when a specialty I don't have is needed.

Do you work alone, or is there a team?

The work is done by Lior Zabari, meaning me. Around me is a network of professionals who have worked with me for years, and I bring them in when a specific specialty is needed. You always talk to me and not to an account manager, and that is both the advantage and the limit: I deliberately keep a small number of clients at a time.

How do we start working together?

With a half-hour call, no cost and no commitment. You tell me what's stuck, I ask a few questions and say whether there is work here for me or not. If there is, I come to a meeting at your place, or we meet over video if you're abroad. I'm at my best in a meeting, because that's where you see the real process and not the version people describe over the phone.

How long until we see something happen?

Something already works in the first meeting. That's not a slogan but a way of working: instead of starting with two months of specification, we build one small thing that runs, and expand from there based on what it returned. A measurable business result usually arrives within weeks, not quarters.

What areas do you work in?

Four, and they all connect: paid advertising and campaign management, organic SEO and GEO, email and SMS marketing, and AI agents and automation. Alongside those I also develop apps and run workshops for parents and organizations.

I'm a small business. Is this even for me?

It depends on what's stuck, not on size. There are small businesses where one hour of the right work pays for itself immediately, and there are large organizations where there is nothing to do because nobody will approve a change. In the intro call I tell you honestly which category you belong to, even when that means I'm not the right fit.

What happens to my systems and data?

Everything stays yours. Accounts are opened in the business's name, code sits in your repository, and I get working access, not ownership. I also work in information security, so everything I build gets minimal permissions and safety rails by default.

Why work with one person and not a company?

Because the person talking to you is also the person doing the work. No handoffs between people, no expectations lost along the way, and no charge for a management layer. The downside is clear and I say it up front: I'm one person, so I keep few clients and I'm not the right fit for someone who needs a team available around the clock.
